baguio celebrates this february the season of a blooming spirit as manifested in the colorful and lively flowers of the city of pines.
this years' celebration respirates in the theme 'panagbenga festival: our festival..yours too!".. this signifies baguio as a growing city that embraces all cultures, its a city where tourists get to have a sense of ownership.
i walked along session road last morning as my eyes were gradually caught by an emerging atmosphere of colors mostly coming from the business stalls in upper session..
like the spectrum of flowers that bloom and catch the hearts of the people in the panagbenga, let baguio grow far more better than it is today..
with out losing its color as it was yesterdays..
